My journey into real estate started with a simple belief: property has the power to change a person's financial trajectory when approached strategically.

As someone who is deeply passionate about Singapore's property market, I've always been fascinated by how different decisions — whether buying, selling, upgrading, or investing — can significantly impact a person's long-term wealth.

What I noticed early on was that many people were making property decisions without having a clear strategy. Some focused solely on affordability. Others chased trends or followed what everyone else was doing. Yet the most successful outcomes often came from understanding how a property decision fits into a larger financial plan.

I believe my role goes beyond helping clients buy or sell a property. My responsibility is to help them understand their options, evaluate opportunities objectively, and make decisions that support their long-term goals — by mapping it all out on a Property Roadmap.

Whether it's a young couple purchasing their first home, a family planning an upgrade, or an investor looking to grow their portfolio, every recommendation begins with understanding what matters most to the client.

Outside of serving clients, I am passionate about creating educational content on Singapore's property market. Through social media and online platforms, I share market insights, project analyses, and practical perspectives to help Singaporeans become more informed property owners and investors.
